The Echo H2 is a hydrogen water machine with built-in filtration: one unit that filters your tap water through five stages and then infuses up to 1.44 ppm of dissolved hydrogen. It works on the countertop as well as out of sight in the cabinet; your water's pH stays the same in either case.
The H2 needs no separate filter system. Its WQA-certified cartridge removes chlorine, metals and sediment, and the hydrogen cell then adds the molecular hydrogen.
Hook it up to the cold water line, plug it in and you can pour. No plumber is needed, setup takes about ten minutes, and the flexible spout fills your glass directly. Because nothing is built in, the machine can come along when you move.
Here the unit sits in the cabinet, with the Echo H2® Faucet in a free 15/16 to 1 inch countertop opening as a separate tap for filtered hydrogen water. This setup requires that faucet and 14.5 inches of clear cabinet height.
At 14.5 inches tall, 10.5 wide and 6.5 deep, in brushed stainless steel, it uses about as much counter as a coffee machine.
Only under the counter, where the Echo H2® Faucet is what delivers the water. On the counter the machine's own spout is enough. The faucet is a second tap beside your main faucet, not a replacement for it.
No. Filtration is part of the machine, so the H2 connects straight to your normal cold water line.
A cartridge lasts 1,056 gallons (4,000 liters), which most households use in about a year. A cleaning cartridge is available as an option to maintain the hydrogen cell.
No. Hydrogen, up to 1.44 ppm, dissolves into the filtered water with no ionization and no effect on acidity.
