Description

The Echo Flow is an under-sink hydrogen water machine that adds up to 1.21 ppm of dissolved hydrogen to water you have already filtered. It has no filter of its own: it connects downstream of your RO or whole house filter and serves a faucet, fridge line or ice maker from one compact unit.

A hydrogen water machine without filters

Plenty of hydrogen machines come with filtration you then have to keep replacing. The Flow leaves that job to the system you already own and concentrates on one task: dissolving 99.99% pure molecular hydrogen into clean water, while the pH remains as it was.

  • No cartridges to reorder: nothing in the hydrogen path needs replacing, and your prefilters simply stay on their own schedule.
  • Unchanged pH and taste: the Echo Hydrogen Module™ works with hydrogen gas directly, without ionization or mineral cartridges.
  • Made on demand: sensors begin production as the tap opens and end it when the tap closes, so no water waits in a tank.
  • Household flow: the built-in pump maintains up to 1.2 liters per minute, enough for a family.

One unit for several outlets

Because the Flow is mounted in the cabinet, its output can go to several places, and you choose which kitchen outlets get hydrogen water.

  • Accessory faucet: a dedicated Echo faucet (RO/Flow Faucet™) goes into a spare countertop opening next to your main tap.
  • Refrigerator: connect to the fridge's water line and its chilled dispenser gives you water with hydrogen.
  • Ice maker: on that same line, your ice contains hydrogen too, with nothing extra on the counter.
  • Your own faucet: the Flow works with many accessory taps from other brands; order the No Faucet option for that.

Compact enough for the cabinet

The face measures 9.5 by 9.5 inches, the depth is just 3.5 inches and the weight stays under four pounds. It hangs flat on the back wall of the cabinet, so the rest of the cabinet stays free.

Setup comes down to an inlet, an outlet and a power cord, and most installations are finished in one visit.

Before you order

Most kitchens already meet these four requirements:

  • Prefiltration: an RO or whole house filter upstream, supplying at least 10 psi. Unfiltered city or well water is not supported, and running without prefiltration is excluded from the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Cabinet space: 9.5 x 9.5 inches of wall and 3.5 inches of depth, which usually leaves room next to an RO tank.
  • Faucet hole: 15/16 to 1 inch. Lots of kitchens have one already, for example from a soap dispenser, and if not it can be drilled by a professional.
  • Power: an always-on outlet in the cabinet, usually on the same circuit as the disposal.

No filter system yet? The Flow was designed around the Echo RO, a 4-stage tankless under-sink reverse osmosis system that fits in the same cabinet and uses the same faucet.

Common questions

Do I need an RO or filter system?

Yes. The Flow has no filter and needs RO or whole house filtration ahead of it, at 10 psi or more. It was designed around the Echo RO, yet most other brands work as well.

Where is it installed?

Under the counter: it connects to the plumbing of your kitchen sink and hangs on the cabinet's rear wall.

Will I have to drill the countertop?

Only if you lack a free opening. The Echo tap needs 15/16 to 1 inch, and a professional can drill that at little cost.

Can I keep my own faucet?

Yes, with the No Faucet option. The Echo tap is an extra one beside the sink and never replaces your main kitchen faucet.

Can it also supply a fridge or ice machine?

Yes, in addition to the countertop tap, so chilled water and ice contain hydrogen too.

Will it alter my water's pH?

No. Hydrogen gas is dissolved straight into the water, reaching up to 1.21 ppm with ORP as low as −500 mV, without affecting acidity.

What kind of power does it use?

A regular outlet that stays on, which under a sink often means the disposal's circuit.
