Description
This 0.01 micron dual filter replacement set, the Tyent UCE-13 Dialapure Ultra, is made only for the 13-plate UCE water ionizer. It does not fit the 9- or 11-plate UCE, so check your model before you order.
Tyent rates the pair of filters to take water to 99.9% purity.
What each UCE-13 filter does
- Stage one: activated carbon in ACF fiber form, which captures VOCs, chlorine, rust and dregs.
- Stage two: a composite ceramic element, with ion ceramic that produces electrolytes.
Lab tested filtration
Tyent had Envirotek Laboratories test this filtration against several contaminant groups (report #14-226): heavy metals, VOCs, herbicides, pesticides, semivolatile contaminants, non-metallic and disinfectant contaminants, and pharmaceutical drugs.

When to replace it
- The UCE screen shows how much filter life is left, so you can plan the replacement.
How to replace it
- Open the filter door; the water pauses while it is open. The filters load from the front and no tools are needed.
- Change the filters and close the door.
- Reset each filter in the menu: 1st filter reset (15) and 2nd filter reset (16).
