Description
The Crystal Quest® Commercial Water Softener System is built for restaurants, offices, apartment buildings, farms and industrial sites that need soft water at volume. Nine sizes cover service flows from 15 up to 390 gallons per minute, so you can match the softener to the peak demand of your building.
Built for continuous use
- Composite fiberglass mineral tanks made for heavy duty
- Brass, motor-driven timer valve with backwash cycles you can fully adjust
- Self-adjusting backwash controller, so the system needs little attention day to day
- Flow controller that caps the backwash rate
- High flow distributor for even flow through the resin bed
Crystal Quest designs this line to use less water during regeneration.
Sizing at a glance
The smallest model runs at 15 GPM on a 1" pipe with 3 cubic feet of resin. The largest delivers 390 GPM on a 3" pipe with 50 cubic feet of resin and a 68" x 83" brine tank. The 185 GPM model can be ordered with a 2" or a 3" connection. All sizes work within 35-60 psi.
Expandable
Upgrades include a metered valve, a backwash bypass, the 3200NT or NXT controller, and duplex, twin alternating or triplex layouts. Tanks can also be mounted on a skid. Contact us for any of these before you order, and see the tabs below for full specifications, valve details and manuals.

Valve upgrades: the 2510 and 3900 accept an NXT display controller and meter valve; the 2850 and 2900 also accept an XT display controller.
